To find peace you seek, open yourself up to seeing your belief systems and past traumas from a different perspective. In doing so, you can release the sway these denser energies may hold over you. This is a form of shadow work.
It's common to turn traumatic past events into a programs that you are repeatedly running, which leaves you to experience the trauma of that event happening to you over and over again in situations that are completely unrelated. Your past traumas can cast deep shadows over your life. If left unchecked these shadows will completely close you down until you lose your ability to experience the present moment, only experiencing life through the filter of those traumas, which can ultimately lead to serious health issues.
Shadow work is intentionally stepping out from behind your shadows, intentionally releasing old patterns that you are holding onto so tightly that they've turned into programs that you subconsciously run in every situation that you find yourself in.
Releasing your shadows requires being open and honest with yourself. You have to be ready and willing to do that. Seeing some of the stories that you hold and how they affect not only you, but the people around you as well, can be a traumatic experience in and of itself, especially if you don't hold it in the right light.
You must come to realize that these shadow programs were with you to help you to get to this place where you are right now, to offer you opportunity for immense physical/emotional/spiritual growth in this moment and moving forward. Without these programs you would not be where you are now, with this opportunity available to you. Be grateful for what these shadows have done for you, their service to you. Release them in gratitude.
These shadows can truly act as your greatest teachers and way showers to the changes that you are seeking in your life. They are wonderful guideposts to show you what you can RELEASE & TRANSMUTE into powerful forward momentum.
Face your shadows. See that they are there only to help you to become something greater. Releasing and transmuting these shadows can give you a massive boost on your path.
That first moment you step out of our own shadow into the light is the brightest that the light will be from your perspective. This is the moment when you finally feel awake, alive, and connected. You finally start having a greater understanding of the deeper nature of your true being...multidimensionality.
Shadow work is what makes this possible. Confronting those parts of yourself that cast those shadows is so important...we must do this individually and collectively...and we are doing this at this time, whether we want to or not. Stepping up and doing so intentionally makes for a much smoother ride. All of the turbulence of this time is preparing us for that magnificent step...out of the darkness into the light.
Release, release, release.
Everything is changing.
You are already free, and peace is yours to have.
