The Awakening Process: How to break the cycle of your reactionary state

•Examining trauma is the first step to move into realizing how much of our lives are not in our control.

• We can start to be aware that we don't have to react from a space of trauma and victimhood, but instead take whatever comes at us as an opportunity for growth.

• This awakening process is challenging, but it's something we're all going through with energies shifting faster than ever before.

• It's important to stay present and out of reactionary states while honoring ourselves and others without judgment

• This world can become a beautiful place where everyone can remember their power over their own life path as conscious creators.

In recent weeks, I have been talking about releasing trauma, developing intuition, and the overall awakening process. One of the most significant parts of the awakening process is when we start to recognize how much of our lives are not in our control, that we are not living from a place of conscious creation, but from an unconscious reactionary state...and then start taking steps towards changing.

Examining our trauma is the first step. We often live in a reactionary state, where we are reacting to things happening in the present moment, but these reactions stem from past traumas that have no bearing in the current situation other than to perpetuate that cycle of trauma. This leads to feeling like a victim.

However, as we become more aware of this, the deeper part of awakening begins. By examining our traumas and becoming aware of our reactions, we can start to live in the present moment and work with intentions that can benefit us. We can start to remember how to live from a space of creation and not reaction. We can start to realize how we can change by being present in the moment, rather than simply reacting. We can take whatever comes our way and choose how to be with that, see how it serves us in that moment. Life will always bring both good and bad, but it is always our perception and reaction that will make it positive or negative.

As we become aware of our personal traumas, we also start to see the darkness in our society, how we are manipulated and intentionally held in states of victimhood through societal programming. In the past, I have reacted with anger and frustration, but have realized how this only perpetuates the system. Instead, we should look within to see how to act in service to the needed changes, not react in anger.

That is why I do the work that I do. Regardless of a person's beliefs, I aim to be of service through sacred sound, to help one enter a space of healing and releasing, even if it is just for a few moments. From that space it is easier to start examining belief systems and reactionary states that are no longer in resonance with you. By doing so I hope to assist in breaking the cycle of trauma and victimhood, to allow the awakening of the conscious creator self within.

The awakening process is not a straight path...or a race. It is a pendulum that swings back and forth. Sometimes, we feel connected and awake, but at other times we feel trapped and forced to earn our right to even exist in this world. But if we hold the intention to stay present, be of service, and live life in a way that benefits ourselves and others, the awakening process deepens even further. We can then live from a place of conscious creation instead of just reacting, and we will find that the pendulum is actually an upwards spiral.

The awakening process is challenging, but it is something that we are all going through as energy is shifting and intensifying. Can we break free from our personal states of victimhood and find courage to embark on a journey of conscious creation?

The truth is that this process can be painful. It requires being present, completely honest with yourself, honoring yourself by accepting yourself where you are, and releasing that which is serving to perpetuate your trauma and holding you in a reactionary state.

The deeper we go into the awakening process, the more we can actively live in a space of conscious creation. Energy is shifting and the journey is becoming more intense, but it is a process that we are all going through.

I honor you.
