I’m so sorry you are having technical difficulties.

If you are using the Firefox browser on a Mobile Device scroll to the bottom.

FIRST:
Make sure the volume is turned up on your device AND on the livestream video, and make sure your headphones plugged all the way in.
Are you able to hear audio from other sources?

SECOND:
Refresh Your Browser (Whatever internet browser you are using as in Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox…)

THIRD:
Try a different Browser (ie - Switch from Firefox to Chrome or Explorer, or whatever options you have.)

FOURTH:
If you are on a mobile device click your browser options (3 stacked dots) and select “Desktop Site” (SEE PICS BELOW)
This will give you the website version that you’d see on a desktop computer, which will give you different audio options.
OR
Switch to a desktop computer if at all possible.

If you do have issues with the livestream know that a video of the event will be posted on the event page and you will have access to that for at least 2 weekss to experience as many times as you like.

FIREFOX MOBILE BROWSER:

The Firefox Mobile browser has been having an issue with LiveStreams, the audio won’t seem to kick on.
If you switch to Desktop Mode you’ll be able to access the volume controls.
