Summer solstice Healing with sound and meditation. 

Please join us for an evening of Guided meditation with our friend Ben Carroll. He will be sharing his gift with voice & singing bowls plus a "Bees-Breath" group toning session.

**To most fully enjoy and benefit from the session, you will be invited to lie down and fully relax your body for the Sound Healing portion of this event. PLEASE BRING what you need to be supported, comfortable and warm laying down; thick cushioning (one thin yoga mat may not be sufficient), blankets/sleeping bag, pillows, etc. Some people also benefit from a bolster under their knees to prevent strain on the lower back. You'll want to be as relaxed as possible during the sound journey portion of this sonic experience.

**We recommend that you dress comfy. Please bring water, bring a journal if you like.
