Join us for our second annual mini-retreat on East Pond in Smithfield! Last year was a huge success and we were asked to make it an annual event.

We will begin at 11:00am with an opening mindful meditation to help set the tone for the day.
Following the meditation, we will have the opportunity for some great activities to bring you back to your center and have a relaxing day!
* doTERRA essential oil make & take! We are open for suggestions but some ideas are body scrubs, roller bottles, etc.
* Seed of Life Mandala Intentions art workshop with Mindful Being's Maine licensed & certified Art Educator Rachael Wilson (please read description in the comments below)!
* Sound Healing Journeywork with Master Musician & Sound Healer Ben Carroll (please read description in the comments below)!
* We will end the evening with a thought provoking, mindfullness film and wine tasting!
We will be having salads and pizza, as well as offering coffee, water, and chaga tea. We do have access to the kitchen, so you are welcome to bring any food, whether for yourself or to share.
Suggested donation for this mini-retreat is $50 per person for all activities for the day. Purchasing tickets on Eventbrite is encouraged. We can also accept payment via PayPal (message us for details). If you need to pay day of, please ensure you have contacted Merline so she can get an accurate head count for food.
We have a limited number of yoga mats, so if you have one, please bring it. You might also consider a pillow and blanket.
We have room to sleep 12-14 people (more with air mattresses) if you would like to stay over. If you do plan on spending the night, please make sure you let us know.
We will have a few pairs of snow shoes for those who would like to get some fresh air. The lake should be frozen over enough by then.

DIRECTIONS TO EAST POND ESCAPE
The address for the rental property is 151 Bickford Road, Smithfield.
Take exit 127 off I95 (Waterville). Turn left onto Route 137. Follow Rte 137 through Oakland to Smithfield (approximately 8 miles). Turn right onto Bickford Road. You will see a sign for Camp Matoaka (along with a large purple rock).
DRIVE ALMOST 1 MILE. Driveway is on the right BEFORE Joly Ln, and the mailbox says 151 Naughton. You cannot see the house from the road.
Your GPS may only take you half way down the road.
WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR PARKING AREA SO SHOULD NOT HAVE PARKING ISSUES THIS YEAR.
