Have you ever started to feel like you need to make changes in your life and you have no idea what those changes are? Or started to feel like you need to be moving in a different direction, but you have no idea what that direction is?

I wanted to a few moments to talk about what I see as the most important thing that you can do for yourself...

My last blog post was talking about how releasing trauma is really a shifting of a state of consciousness. Someone asked me how to shift their state of consciousness.

Trauma is something that no matter who you are, you have experienced. We are all carrying around some level of trauma.

To find peace you seek, open yourself up to seeing your belief systems and past traumas from a different perspective. In doing so, you can release the sway these denser energies may hold over you. This is a form of shadow work.

When I was seventeen years old I had a walk-in experience on August 19, 1994. I’ll put it in as matter-of-fact terms as I am able to, I’ve always struggled immensely at putting this particular experience into words. I’m honestly not comfortable sharing this experience, which is why it’s been over 5 years since the last installment in this series.

I have to admit that at times in 2021 I've found it difficult to hold optimism for humanity.

I haven't voiced my opinions very often this year, thinking back, very likely not at all...which is quite startling to realize.

Sometimes I have a hard time just allowing these sounds to happen...allowing myself to channel sound without judgment, and then post videos that my trained musician brain is extremely critical of.

I was feeling bored and frustrated yesterday. It was just one of those days where nothing seems exciting and things seem to be going nowhere. You know those days?

That first moment we step out of our own shadow into the light is the brightest that the light will be from our perspective. This is the moment when we finally feel awake, alive, and connected. We finally start having a greater understanding of the deeper nature of our being...multidimensionality.

Things definitely seem to be becoming more and more compressed as of late! As a good friend of mine recently said; "it feels like some people are literally going insane with paranoia, denial, and anger."
